Housing

Community Homes was established in 1995 to provide affordable and supportive housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in King County. We currently serve more than 50 residents in both our Adult Family Home and Shared Living models. We select and support live-in care providers who create an environment for our residents to grow and experience independence in the community.

Community Homes is committed to helping families understand and navigate the housing journey by providing the stepping-stones needed for accessing housing, understanding DSHS services and outlining the different housing models available.

Our Housing Education Workshops are offered online via zoom.
